“I worked with Jennie for about 6 weeks, first session in her home, with the rest done virtually.
I found the sessions very helpful, and Jennie was always kind, explained the process clearly, and made me feel at ease.
I have always suffered with depression and anxiety since my teens, they ebb and flow and recently I’d had a flare up of my depression and was struggling.
The sessions consisted of discussing my past week both positives and negatives, rating on a scale how I felt in my life, and a guided mediation.
I found the discussions useful focusing on achievements and goals for the coming week. My favourite part of the sessions were the guided mediation, it was such a great way to relax and switch off, which is so hard to do. Jennie provided a copy of the recording so I could continue this at home.
